Why is the security light on my Camaro coming on all of the sudden?
I’ve had a ’97 Camaro for a few months and all of the sudden the security light is coming on when I try to start it disabling the starter. I’ve been using the same key the whole time. I have had no problems with this car until now. I have to wait 3 minutes and then it will start. The key is in good shape. Not dirty or wet. Is there an underlying issue I should check out? Thanks.

I want to purchase a motion activated security light to install above my garage door. What are the brightest lights available, halogen? Does anybody have a recommendation for a high quality brand of motion sensor security lights? Thank you.

Outdoor security lighting?
I recently moved into a house that has no outside light in the back of the house. It is VERY dark to pull into the driveway at night. There is an outlet on the outside of the house. Does anyone know where I could buy sometype of motion detector light that I can just plug into the outlet? I can’t afford to have an electrician come and run wiring to install a regular lighting fixture…
Roadrunner-You’re awesome! I KNEW something like this had to exist! Thanks, I just ordered one!

What is the best type of outdoor security lighting for a home.?
We live close to a major road that gets quite a bit of foot traffic. Now we keep our property dark at night and have a motion detecting flood light. We’ve been told that the exterior should be illuminated. My concern is that if the house is lit up at night…things like patio furnature, bikes and skate boards will be visible…and therefore more of a target.
Thanks in advance for your help…Rob
